Pros

Good environment and the pod outings are fun. It is also pretty laid back.

Cons

There is absolutely no communication between management and other employees. You likely find out about changes once you have mad a mistake that could have been avoided.

Pros

As my first job out of college, Wayfair both whipped me into shape and exposed me to incredibly talented industry professionals enabling me to move up quickly and ultimately land a killer job outside the company once opportunities became limited within. If you are willing to work and rise above the petty, entitled attitudes of most entry level employees, this is a fantastic place to get your foot in the door.

Cons

The pay was extremely low considering the cost of living in downtown Boston, even for entry level employees.

Pros

Transparency is appreciated as well as hands on center development.

Cons

Pay is lower than local call center competitors with high stress operations.
