Pros

- Love my coworkers - Busy workload keeps you engaged - free snacks - fun parties

Cons

- Lack of direction from managers - Upper management has no idea who I am or any desire to know - Pitiful Pay. Not accounting for inflation or the cost of living in Boston - Did I say the pay? Let me say it again: yearly bonuses and raises are laughable. - Having to work late/go in on weekends sometimes for flash sales, and there is no overtime but we still have to get the work done It is difficult because I love going to work most of the time but they are going to keep losing great employees if they don't get competitive/aggressive with pay in the workplace.

Pros

The people were great to work with, and all understood the same BS that everyone had to go through just be recognized. They were easy going and collaborative, and made each day as enjoyable as it could be. There's a great work life balance, as the hours were manageable and not too demanding.

Cons

1. The salary grade. It's shameful. 2. The managers- many of them have been grandfathered in, so they weren't trained and have no idea how to lead and motivate people. 3. The open office. There's many conversations that can be heard that are disrespectful and make for a very hostile work environment. 4. Poor communication from upper management. Many company changes would simply just occur with no notice. 5. Little to no room for growth. Promotions are difficult to achieve (favorites are played) and come with little to no merit increase.
