      Fun, fair company to work for. Upward mobility possible if you work hard for it. Very metrics driven work environment

      Management focuses way too much and strict metrics, they do not take any gray area into account. If you can't achieve certain metrics you're let go

      Pros

      Fun people, easy going atmosphere. Great work events and great location. Lots of opportunity but if you aren't on the engineering side of things or have been there for years you won't get paid. Great place to work if you just graduated.

      Cons

      Pay is not good. Lots of opportunity to move up, but even when moving up the pay will not increase by much. Tough to live in the area given the amount they pay.

      Awful pay, which may not seem like such a bad thing right out of school, but they also don't treat their employees great. I made friends in different departments and each person I spoke to equally disliked their experience. People also switch teams/departments so quickly it's hard to even make friends. The work is very boring, you'll most likely be sitting at a desk for 8 hours without speaking to a single person. I stayed for two years just to have that on my resume, but I've never been happier after leaving. You also don't get many holidays off, maybe four a year whi
