Pros
- Wayfair offers a lot to learn - Very dynamic environment, no day is like the previous one which contributes to the very steep learning curve - My team has some great colleagues who are very supportive. You don't only get mentorship from your direct reporting line, but also your peers. I have also found a lot of great friends there. - People are also given the opportunity to prove themselves with taking on additional projects. I have had a lot of crazy ideas that were supported by my Manager and Director and I had the freedom to realize them. Being proactive is something that is not being left unnoticed
Cons
- As the company grows, it is getting more hierarchical - Because of the changes happening often (which I love), a lot of people might have issues adapting to it and get frustrated
