Pros

If you are interested in ecommerce this company provides you a great place to learn. They are very open about company information and business decisions. It is a good stepping stone for your career. They offer a good benefits package including sporting event tickets. You have a good amount of mobility within the company.

Cons

For the most part you are under compensated for your positions. Most people start as entry level employees but it is very hard to receive a substantial increase in pay. You may take on very high level business responsibilities but you don't get paid for it.

Pros

Benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, vacation)

Cons

Limited upward mobility. The company seems to be dominated by cliques and mutual friends instead of hard work and strong ethics. Also, salary as compared to national averages especially when considering the extremely high cost of living in Boston.

Pros

They entrust you with a lot of responsibility very quickly. If you take the opportunities provided you will learn a tremendous amount. The culture is also terrific. They (the company) actively encourages building a strong sense of camaraderie/friendship among coworkers. Its worked, I have a lot of fun at work, which I attribute to the fact that I view the people I work with more like friends than coworkers.

Cons

Pay. As stated they give you a great deal of responsibility and in turn you learn a lot, but they don't pay you inline with what you could be making out on the market with the skills they just taught you.
