This is a really good company for individuals that want a lot of experience in a very short period of time. You will have the opportunity to immediately own part of the business and wear many different hats.

Cons

Very shady management and extremely difficult vertical career trajectory. Expectations and teams change rapidly making this an unstable work environment.

Pros

Good salary and benefits, at least for certain positions. Could be a stepping stone for some. You may like your immediate team.

Cons

The CEO is very openly not a nice guy. People are very openly exhausted, unmotivated, and it’s obvious the company doesn’t care about their future here. If it’s easier or cheaper, they’ll let you go without hesitation. Our best people keep quitting, and they’re replaced by younger, cheaper workers with little experience. Most teams are hostile toward each other, and every day seems to bring some new, unnecessary fire drill made up to look like a crisis.
