Pros
Fairly good benefits compared to other companies based in the UK, great rotating snack selection and creative work events! Generally friendly, casual and open minded office.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations from higher ups, very distant from the work we’re doing on the ground, and the town halls are overly focused on the US. Lower managers are more personable and easy to work with, but their authority is capped in comparison to their superiors. False promises and strict targets with teams that tend to be stretched thin. Pay could definitely be better.
