Pay can be better. Too many chiefs in training and they all train differently so when on the floor you’re confused. They push you to get bonuses and scold you if you haven’t met any even when your scores are perfect. Having a children is hard working here. they time your bathroom breaks or in between space after calls. Management changes a lot. I’ve had 3 managers in a year. 1600 layoffs. Your supervisor seems they are out to get you rather than see you win. I called out for losing my voice and had the flu. I was told to call the number and let them know instead of email. How am I supposed to leave a voicemail without a voice. I sent in a doctors note from the ER and they said it couldn’t be used. Lastly you are forced to send the customer the same product multiple times because FedEx services are horrible. This company refuses to use another carrier for expensive orders. When orders are stolen, missing, always broken the customer has to pack it up and call back for a fedex label only to be sent another product before refund process.

Unpredictable work environment. Not much else.
