Pros
Steady employment thru the pandemic (for me) affordable health insurance. The ceo spends too much money on personal security and moving jobs to India. They make no secret about moving every job possible to India going as far as making employees train their replacements directly.
Cons
Was here for over 4 years and by the end of it my hair was falling out from stress at work. If you do all you can to assist a customer within policy and got a bad csat, you would get punished. There was nothing they didn’t assist with that. Metrics and policies change almost weekly. There are almost no good managers. Wayfair talks big game about family while laying people off every few months. Clocking in for work everyday there is a sense of doom regarding job security with how often they layoff people - I’m sorry they like to call it company restructuring not layoffs. They also do micro layoffs frequently to work around the WARN laws. When I was being sexually harassed by a manager hr brushed it under the table because I worked remotely and “it’s not like I had to deal with it in person”
