Pros

I worked at Wayfair for five years, and the best thing about it is definitely the coworkers I met. Lots of smart, kind people, especially among those who are earlier in their careers.

Cons

Frequent layoffs, toxic managerial culture, pay is only okay. I've seen people wait for years for promotions they deserved, and I definitely saw a gender bias (women had a tougher time getting promoted, or getting their work recognized fairly). The hybrid work has the worst possible design: Most engineers are located outside the US, yet US employees must go into the office four days per week. Collaboration is a massive headache, even when people genuinely want to work together. This is an okay place to stay for a bit if you need a job, but you should try to get out as soon as you can. Otherwise, you'll be fired when you don't expect it.
