Not all but some supervisors are rude and manipulative toward their employees base on popularity whether or not they like or love you they will figure out way to get let go and lie on you to upper management.

The leadership is clueless what they are doing. Unclear expectations and decisions which lead the people in ic roles to stretch and and bear unnecessary pressure. Leadership team treats the Indian engineers like labours. No respect and threat of escalations and firing. Managers are not supportive. This company is employer friendly not employee friendly. Most of them just try to save themselves and don’t listen even if you discuss your issues. They don’t push back the work that’s not adding anything. You would feel the stress and pressure within few days of joining. No perks apart from salary Wfo is mandatory 3 days and being strictly monitored.
