Pros

It is a job with at least 3 months of stability.

Cons

The different software for measuring productivity is out of control and comes at you from all angles. You’re targeted for a customer’s negative review even if the customer is irate due to the company’s supply chain issues/quality of product. The productivity software is over the top to the point that if a meeting ends and there is a 3 minute gap before you are logged into the phone, it will be marked as “personal time off.” My entire training group either quit or were fired, even one guy I was shocked was fired for poor statistics on the software even though he was our star student.
