Cons

1. Very low salary 2. Repetitive and boring projects, learn nothing 3. Performance review will be depending on Business people who know nothing about coding 3 The engineering team fired people frequently based on performance issues. But I saw a guy who worked hard got fired and another lazy guy didn't. So I am curious about the engineering team's performance standard. 4. Bad management, managers with little tech sense 5. Turn over rate is extremely high. I am so happy I will leave here soon as I have found a new job whose salary is nearly twice as here. And I won't recommend this company to any friend on the engineering area.
