Cool technology, and the company cares about doing self-driving safely. Very smart and (mostly) nice co-workers.

Cons

Politics - often two teams end up working on the same (or overlapping) problems.

Self driving car is still fun to do, in perception team you can almost touch everything from modeling, onboard integration, model optimization, data pipeline. So you can learn a lot. I still believe self driving is one of the coolest thing to apply ML into it.

Cons

Management, not clear future roadmap. Uncertainty for scaling. Several teams are doing similar things
