      Pros

      Product is cool. Subset of google perks.

      Cons

      1. Low TC, plus stock is not tradable, making your cash income even lower. 2. Share price drops, fund raising not going well. Future is not clear. 3. Career growth can be limited in production team since self-driving has many unique challenges that are difficult to solve but doesn't give you transferable knowledge to other problem domain.

      There're still some good people who cares, but they're all treated badly and never gets promoted.

      Cons

      An NPD leads the team and give high recognition only to other NPDs. Stop caring about the product is the only way to survive.
