      Loved it but they ended everyone’s contracts early, right before i was scheduled for a raise

      Pros

      extremely flexible hours, nice pay, 100% remote, great teammates and managers, intelligent motivated people, not micromanaged

      Cons

      felt like they were trying to actively replace us with the team overseas, little room to move up, cut our contracts early to move to a worse vendor company, no good benefits bc temp contract worker, disorganized internal systems

      No respect of your time or you as a person. For a tech company it’s bloated and getting anything done is impossible. If your not a Waymo employee you’re nothing
