      flexible working hours. parental leave is very good. good people. leadership seems responsive to the wishes of employees

      Cons

      The teams are pretty siloed apart from each other making collaboration across teams difficult. Hybrid Remote model 3 days a week in-office.

      Pros

      The onboarding process was thorough and went smoothly. It was well organized. The team all seem extremely happy to be at Waystar. Everyone is so knowledgeable and genuinely like working here.

      Cons

      The interview process seemed a bit long. In hindsight it makes me think that they were thoughtful and selective with who they wanted to hire which I appreciate. Comp is a little low in comparison to other companies.

      We are very proud of our robust new hire onboarding experience, which includes a 4-day company onboarding and our role-specific onboarding with toolkits to help along the way. We have a comprehensive benefits package and use external market analysis and benchmarking to compensate team members fairly. Thank you for your feedback.
