Business Outlook
Pros
They really value their employees and trust you as long as you do your job. They were excellent during covid for those of us who had kids and daycare closed down so we had to work odd hours. Work life balance and remote work is great too.
Cons
Not many. 15 days pto but we get more holidays than other places and the flexibility makes up for it. Sometimes communication between departments slows things down but thats pretty much any large company.
