      Pros

      I love the people here - every single person I've worked with is kind, helpful, passionate, driven, and very smart. The culture is great - there is a big emphasis on recognition for your work and leadership is very accessible, transparent, and really live the Waystar values. It's an environment where you truly feel like everyone around you is striving to do and be their best which is very motivating. This company really cares about their people and about doing great work and it's really refreshing.

      Cons

      No cons worth mentioning at this point! There will always be things that come up that are frustrating or challenges that arise but Waystar is truly the best company I've worked for.

      Great company culture. Leadership exemplifies values. Extremely inclusive and kind leadership. Team members recognized for their work and living values.

      Cons

      Some growing pains related to company acquisitions and quick growth, but company is aware of it and working towards better collaboration related to integration.

      A Values Based Culture

      Pros

      Everyone at Waystar is so supportive, authentic and passionate about the company mission and their actions are driven by the company values. The training is excellent and thorough. The work is challenging but in a way that makes me excited to come to work. I feel supported and encouraged and part of a team that is fanatically focused on making a difference in th ehealthcare industry.

      Cons

      Honestly, I cannot see a con worth mentioning at this point.
