      This is a growing company and sometimes it is difficult to keep up with the changes exciting as they may be.

      The people including a solid considerate management team. Reasonable expectations for the industry. Annual COLA. Internal Career Advancement Internal and External Training Wide variation in ethnicity, culture, and age

      Cons

      Normal issues with cross department communication in a large company. May not be the most trendy or highest pay but they do not roll layoffs with every new project .
