      Pros

      Great company culture. Incredible teammates/colleagues. Forward facing organization that truly wants to be the best in it's field and bring the best for it's staff.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for promotion/advancement and difficult to receive a raise - no merit based salary increases eg.

      Pros

      Very through training, inclusive environment, and good solutions.

      Cons

      Not many. They are very metrics driven company, so there is a huge focus on KPIs. There does need to be more internal lines of demarcation in sales. Often there are accounts that overlap with other teams, and it may not be apparent at first.

      They care about and live their values. They understand that you are a human first and provide you with the support that you need to be successful and blossom. I wish so badly I had found this company and started my career here years ago.
