      New Hire Interview Process Review

      - Easy, streamlined process that moved quickly. I submitted my online application and had a call to schedule an HR interview within a week. I had two virtual interviews with the hiring team (Director, VP) the next week. Completed the Wonderlic assessment and received an offer letter within 72 hours. - Negotiation process went smoothly/ no issues, despite being over a long weekend (Memorial Day). - Received a call from my to-be direct manager each time an offer was proposed, which was a nice personal touch.

      - None I can think of at this point - easy process! Will return to review again once I start working.
