Pros

Waystar offered incredible training and resources for the sales team. The base salary was low considering my experiences, but we had growth in the market the years I worked there, and I was able to make quite a bit in commission and bonuses.

Cons

Strict KPIs, commission issues (I.e. not being paid for some closed deals and having to review everything), as well as time to get paid on deals, increased mandatory time in the office, and difficulty in job advancement.

Pros

- Kind, knowledgeable leaders. - Amazing benefits. - Adheres to core values and missions. - In-office perks such as free lunch on Tuesdays. - No expectation of working beyond scheduled hours. - Work from home 3 days per week. - Supportive colleagues. - Amazing PTO package. - Structured training. - Work life balance. - Opportunities and encouragement for growth within. - Manageable workload. - Emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

Cons

- Pay could be better. This is why I ga - Lots of systems to work through and memorize. - Hours are 10am-7pm EST... I would prefer an 8am-5pm. - We are open until 7pm, but phones are very slow towards EOD. Feel like we should close a bit earlier. - Info given in training was overwhelming. - Takes months to truly get everything down (according to colleagues). - Stressful calls and clients at times.
