Pros

I fully support and believe in the C-Suite leadership’s goals and vision for the future. New offices. Flexibility to work from home. Great COVID response.

Cons

While I feel the company as a whole strives for inclusion and diversity, there are still locations lacking diverse teams. I feel like an outcast of my team because there are regular team conversations that should never happen in a work setting. Sharing staunch political views and demeaning those who think differently is heartbreaking and uncomfortable to sit through. And just because you are not called out in a meeting for saying these things, doesn’t mean it is ok to continue to do so.

Pros

Great Products, plenty of teams to help with sales

Cons

The base pay does not seem to be on par, and management is very secretive about performance metrics and pay, which, if it was a good company doing right by its employees, they would be more open about that.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re happy to hear you take pride in our products and value the opportunity to collaborate with other teams across the organization. A core goal of ours is—and always has been—to compensate our team members fairly for the important work they do. We utilize compensation data tools to provide market analysis on the requirements of each role, host calibration meetings with leaders to assess talent and expect our leaders to properly convey performance expectations. Additionally, we have dedicated resources within our team to deepen our understanding of job markets and compensation across the different markets.

Pros

Leadership does a good job stressing the need for work /life balance, and in turn giving their team members access to that balance Takes survey answers to heart to implement positive change Understands and implements products that work - the impact of the industry is felt Team members feel recognized and appreciated

Cons

The last 2 years have been about a lot of acquisition and not a lot of supporting or growing the teams that desperately need it Lots of the trainings, company meetings, etc. are very sales-based Acquisitions are "quick and dirty" but not always well thought through
