      Good will company, going with normal growing pains.

      Pros

      Different from other reviewers here I have been given free reign to help and solve issues. Really small company going thru growing pains. But, they are honest at what they do and what they expect from employees. I learned from the grape vine that they made mistakes in the past with acquisitions, but I honestly feel they have learned quite a bit from it. I do hope that the company keeps moving to become more organized and growing. They have the Human Resources, they are in the right space at the great time to do so.

      Cons

      Growing Pains mostly and Health Insurance is good, but, could be better.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      The people are incredible and very open to ideas that will contribute to the company's growth. Senior leaders like to roll their sleeves up and be involved if you want. Overall great place to be if you want to do great work and be recognized for it.

      Cons

      Not much by way of negatives aside from there is a question that comes up frequently of "how much faster can we get this done?" which is just a function of the company trying to capitalize on market forces.
