With our recent acquisitions and the exciting growth that has followed, there have been many new things for all of us to adjust to. Each time we welcome a new company to the Waystar family, we establish an Integration Management Team (IMT) to ensure a smooth process. We also recently onboarded new Talent Leaders, who are assigned to work with team members in each part of our organization and partner with them in their career development and success. Pros

Company is mission-driven to simplify and unify healthcare payments. Committed to help clients. If you want to work at a place where you can grow, work hard every day and also get challenged, this is a good place. Friendly, but focused on results. Leaders and team members emphasize values in meetings and town halls (Which are pretty informative and fun.) You feel like you are contributing to transforming healthcare. Decent bene's and cool swag.

Cons

There is a lot of work to do and there rarely is a break in the action. Waystar is not a place where you can just "hang out" - people expect a lot from you.
