Not a place for moms

Pros

Nice swag given after onboarding

Cons

Low salary for amount of work Unclear communication for disciplinary action Allowed to go into negative PTO for planned vacation but not emergencies Forced to go into office twice a week and eat lunch with team If you’re not very talkative— you’re judged as not engaged Expensive benefits Unorganized training A peer who is given team lead responsibilities but not a team lead who is bossy and judgmental

It is important that team members have access to development and an honest, open work environment. We believe we are better together, and in-person opportunities can expand our ability to collaborate.

Pros

My team is great. Lunch is provided on in office days for now, but I assume this will change the same as everything else has.

Cons

This company is WILDY DIFFERENT than it was a year ago. All the negative reviews in the last 6-9 months confirm. The good ones sprinkled in are just people trying to save the company’s rating. Don’t be fooled, morale is at an all time low. They’re making everyone come back in the office because it’s “best for the company” and it’s “best for employees work life balance” lol. The company used to be progressive but now there’s a boomer mentality. Pay is, and has always been, bad. Everyone comments on it, as seen in just about every past review - even the positive ones, but it is *never* addressed other than claiming they’re competitive and they are not. Bonuses are getting smaller. They’re taking away holidays we previously had off. The perks were the only thing that offset the low pay and now they’re being taken away. It’s bad and just keeps getting worse. Absolutely do not recommend working here at this time.
