      Pros

      Work life balance is basically guaranteed Still able to work from home even as they reopen the in person offices Work is diverse so it doesn’t get boring

      Cons

      If you end up with a bad manager you’re screwed over Upper management is completely out of touch They’d rather give you a hat than a bonus

      good onboarding process, employee-focused, lots of opportunity to grow, great teamwork, catered lunches on wednesdays,

      i'm always a big proponent of unlimited PTO, wish they had that, compensation could be better

      Pros

      Waystar is one of the only companies that I've found that actually live their values everyday. It's not just business speak but is actually in action in day to day business.

      Cons

      There is a lot to learn, but if you're willing to work hard, it's not too bad.
