      Pros

      This company cares not only about supporting its clients well but also its employees. Since starting, both my co-workers and bosses have taken to efficiently answering every question that I may have. They put a lot of stock into the needs of their employees. When you win, the entire team celebrates. You just have to drink the Kool-aid

      Cons

      I have not found one yet. Doubt it would be anything notable.

      Pros

      Very young company so expect exuberant energy and excellence. I met some outstanding IT professionals at Waystar.

      Cons

      Not really about "transforming" health care--they're about maximizing hospital and healthcare system profits. Zero training on multiple complex proprietary software systems--all OJT. Very young company so expect lot of prejudice and stereotyping if you are 40+ and not senior management. My workgroup was uncomfortably cutthroat. Don't seem to understand Family and Medical Leave Act.

      Salary could be better. Having to go into office more. More productive at home.
