Did you know that we have had 15% of TMs move into new roles in 2022? We have several different tools and training to support team member career pathing, including Fuel 50, LinkedIn eLearning, and front-line leadership training. We are also currently working on a new software we’ll announce in several months to evolve ways to make career pathing more accessible across the organization, as we know it is important for the growth of our team members!
