      They care about and live their values. They understand that you are a human first and provide you with the support that you need to be successful and blossom. I wish so badly I had found this company and started my career here years ago.

      -the leadership is visionary and cares about team members (they don't call employees or workers) -generous swag and great benefits -tremendous career opportunities and the company is willing to invest in talent

      Everyone is extremely outgoing and willing to assist in any/all aspects of work life. I am beyond thrilled to be a part of the Waystar team and couldn't recommend a better place to work.
