      Pros

      Most dev teams fully remote. Get the sense leadership cares. Leadership usually willing to listen if you want to try something different. Good perks for continuing education, family leave. Lots of long-term team members which is rare in this industry. Consistent about keeping workloads at 40 hrs / week, no "death march" culture.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive, lost team members who got better offers at other shops.

      Some good people, decent work life balance.

      Doesn't value employees. Upper management talks a good game but has zero follow-through. It could be worse, but also could be much better.
