Pros

If you want to work for a company that is not content with anything other than the best work for its clients, then WTC is right for you. The company strives to provide a collaborative, positive, and supportive work environment, and safeguards those standards diligently. It also isn't afraid to pivot when it needs to in order to support its core values. I ran my own digital agency for 12 years (and founded a community of thousands of digital studio owners across the world), so I've become familiar with what's genuine and what's not. WTC is unquestionably the former.

Cons

Sometimes the work is fast and furious. Then, other times, not so much. You need to shine during the stressful times, and I've found the workload evens out in the end. But if you're not prepared for handling multiple tasks on multiple projects concurrently, you may sink.

Pros

Working at We The Collective Inc. has been an exceptional experience. The company fosters a remarkably easygoing environment paired with a robust 'get-it-done' attitude, where passion is the driving force behind our work. The support system here is commendable; department leads not only track progress but also embrace various methods tailored to each individual’s style. Creativity and innovation aren't just encouraged—they're celebrated with praise, fostering a culture where new ideas flourish. Leadership's clear vision and astute decision-making ensure that the company's direction is both progressive and focused. Cross-departmental collaboration has been a highlight of my experience, with every team member displaying a genuine willingness to support and contribute. This speaks volumes about the company's hiring acumen—selecting individuals who enhance our collaborative spirit.

Cons

While the work-life balance is generally good, crunch times can be intense. As with any design agency, deadlines can lead to stressful periods, but these are balanced by the freedom and flexibility provided in quieter times. Worth noting that while the financial compensation is great, the health benefits could see some improvement.
