Upper Management Issues

Pros

The people you will meet both employees and community members are fantastic. You have some freedom during the day and each location has its own culture.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. They are fake and phony and lack transparency. I left on my own but witnessing how they handled layoffs is horrible. As layoffs approach, they begin to fire off of technicality so they don't have to pay severence or continued benefits
