      Pros

      Good and smart people around, great physical working environment.

      Cons

      WeWork stood for a lot of idealistic and positive changes, at least back when it was growing extremely fast. Many people joined because they bought in on the founders' ideals, but left with a lesson that dreamers are humans, too.
