The people you work with are just legitimate and honestly the most real people you get. You get to work on real solutions to help the companies you're serving to get them up and running and see them thrive in a co-working community.

Cons

The company was just never upfront with you about anything that might jeopardise your role until it was too late when they had no choice. Processes back then (not in 2021) are just not set in place to support any employees progressions or a reference point to find out what next best steps are.
