Pros

The company will give you a great chance to meet new people and a great chance to experiment and try new things, plus paying over the average in the city. The company has reduces its workforce to less than half, so you will get a lot of experience in different areas.

Cons

The company has being suffering a lot of changes and it is no longer focused on its staff. Staff members have become assets and sometimes the make you feel disposable. Despite having specific departments to do so, it is compulsory to have a personal track of all your activities now that in the las years the company has faked some processes affecting employees in order to appear as a well-stablished company for the upcoming IPO on franchising.
