Pros

A few of the people I built strong relationships with were some of the most authentic I've had. Good facilities and great perks. Learned a thing or two about what good leadership should look like. Taking opportunities to grow is always positive.

Cons

I've worked for a handful of companies and have experienced all kinds of cultures. There have been challenges everywhere I've worked. I am hesitant to say anything negative because at the end of the day I can tell through the challenges that we went through people were sincere about solving problems that mattered.

Disorganized, training is super intense, seems like they don’t really know what’s going on. Hiring rapidly to catch up with growth
