Pros

It's been a year and half for me at WeWork and the number of opportunities that have come my way are incredible. A few of these would be getting to be a part of an Employee Resource Group that supports the LGBTQ community, taking up Open Projects and being able to upskill myself in various ways that have led me to break through my comfort zone of just being a part of Community. During these times, WeWork has been providing an Uber service which has made it so convenient for employees to travel. One of the HR Policies has Personal Growth Credits where employees can use these to further their interests and hobbies, even online courses. I was able to apply for a PG Course in Digital Marketing with the help of these credits!

Cons

Nothing that I can think of as of now
