Pros

- Great opportunity to network and meet friends if anything - Culture was fast-paced and "anything goes" as a lot of systems needed refreshing/building - Managers cared about junior employees and wanted the best for them - Good pay once you become a lead for the work that was being done

Cons

- Confusing what was ever going on financially with the company - If it doesn't bother you, most of the community positions felt like glorified front desk people until you are a manager of a building - If you weren't willing to be super social + sip the wework koolaid, it felt like you were an outcast

Pros

Free premium coffee everyday; nice working office design; membership for wework locations

Cons

The worst company culture; CEO is crazy; HRs don’t know what they are doing and hire the most incompetent people thought friends and connections; managers doesn’t care about doing actual work but only having fun; full of white supremesist who knows nothing
