1. This company genuinely thinks about employee welfare and their overall happiness. (example: introduced uber by business for a year even though the world returned to normalcy from Jan 2021) 2. Super flexible with leaves 3. Managers are trained to take a genuine interest in their employees and are vested in the growth of the individual. 4. Referrals bonuses, higher education support (money-wise), personal development credits (which includes hobbies) worth 30k is no easy feat for a company that struggled during covid times. 5. Internal job postings are given preference and they try to find talent within the WeWork pool before reaching to the larger mass. Feedback (positive/negative) is shared after the interview process which is seldom seen in other companies and that too by the director of human resources. 6. You can switch off completely after 6 pm and before 8 am and nobody will bother you 7. You need not share your mobile no. and the company is very supportive of that. Emails after 8 pm are a big NO and they are major supporters of your personal life
