Pros

WeWork is growing quickly, so there are opportunities to get involved in different areas of the business. If you're a junior, there are clear progression opportunities. You get exposed to a broad range of tasks.

Cons

If you're not in NYC or a regional HQ, you run into a ceiling of opportunities. The role can be unrewarding - very reactive and lots of firefighting. Some roles are much easier or harder than others depending on the location. Lots of after hours work.

Pros

-Colleagues are great, WW ensure they employ the right 'culture fit'. - although we work extremely hard, we often have amazing parties (summer camp, summit..etc) - Travel - we have the opportunity to be creative in our work and often brands are falling over to work with us. - fast turn around on projects, means the job is never boring

Cons

- work life balance - long hard working hours - almost forced to attend social events
