Pros

Benefits and pay is good, you get to meet amazing people (members)

Cons

Staff/employees at wework are extremely fake and dishonest. One of wework’s core value is transparency which just makes me laugh. I never worked for a more dishonest company. They don’t priorities staff’s safety during the pandemic.. Also, miscommunication is an every day thing, they change things and policies rapidly every week and expect you to keep up with their bs. They don’t recognise value in each individual and everything is so centralised that it’s impossible to be yourself and bring innovative ideas. They’re not as special as they think they are... not anymore anyway. Work life balance equals 1 in a 1-10 scale. Avoid working for them.
