      Pros

      A culture that is truly different and exciting. The company is looking to change the way we view the office both physically and emotionally. Employees hold themselves to a high standard and are very excited about building a community of creators.

      The brand has taken a beating after the failed IPO and with the uncertainty of the COVID pandemic

      employee centric had good benifits for its employees working atmosphere (logistics and area) really well done work amenities to look forward to work load overhyped than actually there

      Cons

      nepotism at its best who is in your network decides, how you grow in the company duds heading and retained downsizing being a logical decision was turned to joke after retaining dead weight employees. too ambitious to set goals of construction but unrealistic output understanding.

      Pros

      The company used to have a great culture but the failed IPO and redundancies every 3 month since more than a year are not helping...

      Cons

      Leadership in Germany changed for the bad. The whole restructuring in from the US is a great approach and the new management in the US seem really professional. The new management in Germany which started end of 2019 early 2020 is horrible. Extremely unprofessional with absolut no experience of the business and huge hybris.
