Pros

Free food, wear whatever you want to work, networking, and free trips on company

Cons

The free food, beer, and trips are an illusion. Trust me, 2-3 days on a company wide summit in Los Angeles is pretty cool, but not enough to make you want to work 65-80+ hrs. a week. When you do the majority of the tours on a daily basis, have to fix all the maintenance issues with the building, plan 3-5 community events a week, and you're threatened with hazing by your senior leadership, makes you bounce pretty quickly even though you'd like to build a career with one of the fastest growing companies in the world.

Pros

Nothing consequential, free meals mean you have to stay late... on a Monday no less!

Cons

Constant management inflicted anxiety, understaffing on purpose, little chance to advance, backstabbing, low salary, high turnover, etc...
