Pros

There used to be nice perks, though I hear that's mostly gone now. The offices are nice, and there is a nice atmosphere at work. Free coffee & beer on tap, etc. Projects are cool, nice buildings to work on. People are generally nice.

Cons

The pace is mental, totally unsustainable to me, though other people have stayed a few years there, so I guess it depends what you like, but if work-life balance is important to you, forget it here.
