Pros

WeWork has so much room for growth. I started in one position, and ended up in a entirely different position in a different department months later. If you really work hard, and show management that you are capable to get the job done, you will get to explore different opportunities, and get compensated for it. The people are absolutely amazing. You are guaranteed to establish lifetime friendships with people from all facets of life. The Co-Founders make sure they show all of their employees appreciation through amazing incentives all throughout the year.

Cons

The only cons I ran into were long hours. If you have a family, or endeavors outside of Wework it's challenging to juggle both. For me this wasn't a con because as I worked many hours I also learned a variety of new things while working. Also, the environment is so laid back long hours mostly include beer, food, and couches while you're working after hours, yes for free :)

Pros

Energetic and enthusiastic community. Unique offices and buildings that fit the neighborhoods. Lots of interaction with amazing members. Beer on tap.

Cons

A cult-like environment among the employees. Absolutely no loyalty. Lots of turnover. Lots of catty office politics. Indirect consequences for disagreeing. Long hours. Employees are expendable. The facilities are not as nice as they appear. Management very slow to respond. Over-complicated and redundant online platform. Penny-pinchers. Overbearing management. Sales are more important than the community (which is directly contradictory to their mission statement). WeWork's facade is not their real self.
