Pros

Impact - This is a company where you can actually see your hard work have an impact on the company as a whole. Here you don't create a report for your manager's manager to see and you never find out what happened with it; here you see the actual impact it has. Flexibility - Truly working towards goals, not just sitting at your desk for 9 hours. Culture - Amazing environment, you can feel the energy the building and employees have, doing what they love.

Cons

Still a start-up, which has some amazing things, but also has others where you don't quite know was it going to happen. Answers are not always there.

Diverse & Inclusive Creative Allowed 100% Impactful Results due to the freedom they give you

Cons

The constant need for Community Bonding sometimes let you less time for family, so more balance of life would be great to have without being pointed
