- Rewards & recognition programs - Inter City exchange programs (used to be International) - Good salary and bonus structure with yearly increments - Great company culture and support mechanisms - The people make this company worth working for! - Clear and structured KRAs and reviews - Open communication with leadership

Cons

- Systems and softwares are too manual - No reliever structure, if you are OOO, you still do the work once you are back (not counting longer leaves) - Quality of hires can improve
