Never been so mistreated in my life:
- It took SIX months and SIX interviews to obtain a contract, always having to literally beg for feedback. ( They would go weeks without giving me an answer even though they reassured me I had the job )
- The company DEMANDS your presence at events outside of work hours and you ARE NOT compensated on these. ex: Every Monday there is an event from 18:00 to 20:00 called TGIM where the presence of employees is mandatory but not compensated. When I asked my hiring manager to discuss my contract and asked for an explanation for this, this was seen as having a " bad attitude " .
- The company uses the term " VOLUNTEERING" in emails when forcing employees to attend events for legal reasons.
-I was left alone numerous times while I was still on training, dealing with issues I had NOT BEEN TRAINED ON , when I asked for the support I was bullied and screamed at.
-Very Low salary
