Pros

This was by far the smoothest hiring process, with timely updates and a very helpful and lovely recruiting manager- Laasya. She was informative and always available to answer all my annoying questions. Great company culture and values. A pleasant change for sure.

Cons

No cons whatsoever. Great place to be!

Pros

- Really great colleagues! - Beer

Cons

DO NOT RECOMMEND COMMUNITY - All the cons written here is accurate. Expect long hours, very little work life balance. They make you feel bad for wanting any life out of work. Many people hardly have time to eat lunch - and if you don't live and breathe WeWork at every moment they frown upon this. Very little support from upper management, they don't listen to you at all. They fire team members regularly, and very hostile manner - escorting you out of the building after gas lighting you. There's really no career growth or any useful skills you learn. It's really difficult to transfer to a next job after this. It really is like working in a cult - will monitor all your behaviour including your social media profiles.

Pros

I honestly cannot think of a pro, besides having free lunch every Friday.

Cons

Never been so mistreated in my life: - It took SIX months and SIX interviews to obtain a contract, always having to literally beg for feedback. ( They would go weeks without giving me an answer even though they reassured me I had the job ) - The company DEMANDS your presence at events outside of work hours and you ARE NOT compensated on these. ex: Every Monday there is an event from 18:00 to 20:00 called TGIM where the presence of employees is mandatory but not compensated. When I asked my hiring manager to discuss my contract and asked for an explanation for this, this was seen as having a " bad attitude " . - The company uses the term " VOLUNTEERING" in emails when forcing employees to attend events for legal reasons. -I was left alone numerous times while I was still on training, dealing with issues I had NOT BEEN TRAINED ON , when I asked for the support I was bullied and screamed at. -Very Low salary
